INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY OF GARBAGE RECYCLING EQUIPMENT

After nine years of research and development, four years of various tests, and 12 years of full-time operation, the new innovative technology of garbage recycling equipment makes the full recycling of garbage achievable.

The company has conducted a variety of product tests through engineering companies and laboratories, with the results of the WEF revealing that the average fuel calorific value of products was 20218KJ / kg and the range is between 19753KJ / kg and 20683KJ / Kg. Material testing passed the European CEN / TS standard. Measurements were classified according to grades 1 to 5 between three different classification systems, including BTU values, chlorine content, heavy metals. The worst of the results is that the three items are 5 and the fuel can reach 2, 2, and 1 results.

The test results show that the fuel is similar to coal and the ashes obtained by the combustion of fuel the composition of the ashes problem that are obtained from conventional coal.

The results also show that the fuel is completely combusted in the combustion zone without residue and unburned portions, and the degree of pulverization of the fuel is the same as that of coal in the pulverized coal fired kiln. The test results have attracted the attention of many large Canadian carbon dioxide emissions provinces. If they burn 5 to 10% of material and the mixture of coal, they can reduce the amount of emissions to get enough carbon credits to continue using these large power facilities.

The US Army Corps of Engineers used this plush for soils that were completely incapacitated. After the first year of seed cultivation, it began to germinate. The experiment lasted for 10 years and the current incapacitated soil became oasis.

Process Description

The garbage is loaded and unloaded by the truck which is first crushed by a conveyor, separated by a conveyor, and then further sorted between the inert material (masonry, etc.), leaving the organic matter. The final products are:

  • Sawdust flakes for nursery and soil improvement (named: wool)
  • WEF fuel particles
  • High strength building materials

99% of the metal was recovered during the treatment and more than 90% of the inert material was separated, including glass ashes, rocks, and soil.
